Educational Visits

NFA helps new Members understand their regulatory requirements by offering voluntary educational visits, which are available free of charge. These visits are designed to assist members that have personnel who are new to the Futures and OTC Derivatives industry. The visits are typically conducted prior to the firm commencing operations. During these visits, NFA staff will:

• Review firm operations;
• Suggest areas for improvement;
• Address questions and concerns; and
• Provide educational resources.
