Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

NFA Compliance Rule 2-38 and NFA Interpretive Notice 9052 require Members to establish a business continuity and disaster recovery plan for use in the event of an emergency or significant business disruption. NFA requires Members to submit the name and contact information for their designated disaster recovery contacts, whom NFA can contact in the event of an emergency.

Appendix B of NFA's Self-Exam Questionnaire contains a number of questions regarding a Member's business continuity and disaster recovery plans that must be answered by each NFA Member on an annual basis. Members can update their disaster recovery contact information by accessing NFA's Member Questionnaire.
