WinJammer™ Online Filing System

The WinJammer^TM Online Filing System (WinJammer^TM) is an application developed jointly by the CME Group, Inc. and NFA. Using this system allows firms to enter and transmit notice filings, including SLAs and other financial statements.

Getting started with the WinJammer^TM Online Filing System

1. Designate a WinJammer^TM security manager. This person will manage the firm's logons and security access to WinJammer^TM.
2. The designated individual should send an email to WinJammerHelp@nfa.futures.org and include the following information:
   • Firm name;
   • NFA ID;
   • Registration category; and
   • Security manager's contact information (name, phone number and email address).

The security manager should expect to receive the logon information within 1 to 2 business days via email.

Users will be prompted to enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) the first time they log into WinJammer^TM on or after August 26, 2023. Information on enrolling in MFA can be found in the Related Resources section below.
